Introducing Marija Newbold - Ozland Property Marketing, specialising in Off the Plan Projects and House/Land Packages.

Marija comes to this role with a wealth of experience. Her career has spanned over 25 years in senior Sales and Marketing positions. These have included Advertising Sales Manager with Victoria’s largest independent local newspaper Community News, and Sales Manager for a national magazine. In these varied positions Marija was granted numerous Industry Awards for her creative, innovative approach, her irresistible ideas, her enthusiasm - and her record sales achievements.

In recent years, Marija has extended her talents in sales and marketing within the real-estate industry, developing strong relationships with builders, developers, and financial institutions. Her most recent project included the successful marketing of the YarraVillage Townhouses for Burbank Homes, an award winning builder.

Together with her professional colleagues Marija has now established Ozland Property Marketing. She believes her past successes lie in the ability to liaise and empathise with vendors and buyers. “It’s all about the ability to solve the problems of others,” says Maria, who is totally committed in providing honest and professional service.

Marija’s client base includes the local, interstate, and overseas market.

Marija is a member of
